PURGING?

This is normal and temporary.

When new ingredients begin healing your skin, they may push impurities to the surface. Please resist the urge to pick; trust that the ingredients are working as intended.

During this phase, stick to the Snow Enzyme Cleanser and Calming Gel until your skin starts to heal. If you don't have the Snow Enzyme Cleanser, use the Purecell Oil Cleanser instead.

On average, here's what you can expect:

WEEKS 1 &2

Typically, you'll notice improvements in texture and overall complexion within the first few days.

WEEKS 3-6

Around this time, you may notice underlying acne starting to surface—this is what we call "the purge." It's temporary and a positive sign that your skin is being thoroughly cleansed.

WEEKS 6-12

By the second or third month, you'll likely start to see light at the end of the tunnel. Breakouts become less frequent, your skin's texture improves, and you'll notice a clearer, glowing, and healthier complexion.
